10 tips to make transportation in Denver more enjoyable

2. Express Buses - You can park your car at one of 59 RTD park-n-ride lots (that's 12,500 parking spaces) throughout the metro area and take an express bus direct to Downtown Denver. For park-n-ride locations and express bus schedules, call RTD at 303.299.6000.

3. Ride the shuttle - Once you've arrived in Downtown use the free 16th Street Mall shuttle to connect to all your Downtown destinations.

4. Ride the rail - RTD's light rail line runs from I-25 & Broadway through the heart of Downtown to Five Points, with stops at the Auraria Higher Education Center, the Colorado Convention Center and the 16th Street Mall. The light rail system extends 11 miles south of downtown to Mineral Avenue in Littleton.

5. Save money with an RTD pass - Monthly or multiple ride passes are the most economical way to ride. Also, ask your employer about enrolling your company in RTD's Eco Pass program.
