Question: Where is the dock located?
Answer: The dock is located off of 18th near Stout Street on the very left hand side of the street.

Question: Where can I park?
Answer: Meters and pay to park parking lots are provided in the surrounding area.

Question: Where is the Management Office located?
Answer: The Management Office for both 707 17th Street and the Manville Plaza is located in the 707 17th Street building on the 21st floor, Suite 2150.

Question: Who do you call for Maintenance/Cleaning Issues?
Answer: The Management Office should be notified of any maintenance and cleaning requests.

Question: Is soliciting allowed in the building?
Answer: No, we do not allow soliciting.

Question: Are there retail shops located in the downtown area?
Answer: Yes, there are numerous shops located in and around the 16th Street Mall, Larimer Square, Tabor Center and the Denver Pavilions.

Question: Is there after hours access to the building?
Answer: Yes, our customers have access cards to be able to enter the building after hours.

Question: Can a vendor or contractor that a customer hires get access after hours?
Answer: Yes, a customer contact can notify the management office in writing of their need for after hours access. This should be done before 4:00 p.m. at least 24 hours in advance if possible.
